Yes, I checked with Thule and the Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box that you are interested in is a confirmed fit for the factory crossbars of your 2014 Honda Odyssey.
There is an upgraded version of the Sonic called the Pulse, part # TH614 available that offers improved locking and fit capabilities. I attached a review video for this box that shows it being installed for you to check out as well.
