The best way to measure an existing leaf spring is to put the trailer up on jack stands and let the axle hang, then measure the center to center distance between the spring eyes. The closest leaf spring we offer to the 26-3/4 inch measurement you mentioned is the # SP-210275 which has a length of 27 inches. Using two of these springs would provide a capacity of 3100 lbs. Keep in mind that the capacity of the trailer will be limited by the capacity of its lowest rated component, be it the axle tube itself, the suspension or the spindles.

The # e54SR is probably going to be too short, but go ahead and measure the trailer with the axle hanging to verify. I've linked you to a FAQ article about double eye trailer suspensions.
