For installation of the P2 in a tow-package-equipped Pilot you will use a quick-connect wiring adapter, part # 3070-P, to connect the P2 to the under-dash port on the Pilot.
If you do not have the tow package which would include a 7-way at the rear of your vehicle you would need to go a different route.
You will need to start with a 4-way (if you do not have one). For that you would want the # 118558.
From there you would need to convert the 4-way to a 7-way so that you can install the brake controller. For that you will want the Brake Controller Install Kit and 7-Way Adapter part # ETBC7. I attached installation instructions and an install video for this product as well.
The Prodigy P2 is an excellent and popular unit that is highly rated by our customers for its easy set-up and reliability. This unit also offers the flexibility to be used with either electric or electric-over-hydraulic brakes, a handy feature not included in some controllers.
