Question:
Will either of the hitches shown fit the E350 with air suspension? The hitch from my local supplier is designed for the E350 but wont work due to the air ride.

My technical contact at Curt confirmed that their Class I hitch # C11404 will fit on your 2008 Mercedes-Benz E350 4Matic wagon even if it has the air suspension. He confirmed that there are no fit exclusions for this hitch on your car.
The installation instructions are linked for you. I also linked a helpful article with tips for easier hitch installation.
Please note that if you use the hitch for a bike or cargo carrier (anything that is not a wheeled trailer) then you need to support the hitch with Curt's stabilizing strap # 18050 in order to keep your warranty coverage on the hitch.
