It says this is a replacement guage but shows in the picture it has the wiring harness. Does this come with everything i need to hook straight up to my compressor i have now or is there another wiring harness that has to be bought separate?

The wiring harness you see pictured with replacement gauge # AL25194 is attached to the gauge assembly itself so it is included. You would just need to wire it in to the rest of the system and attach the air line to the back.
If you also need the air line, AirLift has several options. For LoadLifter 5000, LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate, and Ride Control air helper springs use # AL20086. For AirLift 1000 rear kits use # AL22007 and for the front # AL22030.
