Will this product eliminate front sag on my motorhome?

A product like the Timbren front-axle Suspension Enhancement System # TGMFP30W is intended to provide support to a front suspension that is in good working order but that needs some help when handling a heavy front-end load like a snowplow. Since your suspension could be over 15 years old, if you are finding it sagging without an extra load like a plow then you might want to have it checked out by a qualified shop to ensure all is well.
If so, then the Timbrens will give you extra support when you need it thanks to their progressive resistance but they'll not alter your unloaded ride quality.
If your Workhorse chassis is a P-Series we also offer front and rear stabilizers you can see on the linked page.
