Question:
I have a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer, I notice you have a front mounted hitch for a Blazer but it does not have Trailblazer as an option to choose from. Please provide more information particularly installation proceedures, class type, size, etc. Thanks

No problem, I can help you find the correct front hitch for your 2005 Chevy Trailblazer.
The part number you are looking for is the Curt # 31055. There is not a Class rating on front hitches typically but this hitch has a 350lbs Vert Pull and a 9,000lbs Line Pull. The hitch has a 2 inch receiver and is a no drill installation application. According to the instructions, which I've attached to this page for you, it looks like the install should take about 45 minutes and there is one note about trimming the underbody panel slightly for proper fitment.
I have linked the front hitch to this page as well as all the custom fit items for your Trailblazer for your convenience.
