7-Way Plug Recommendation for a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500

Question:
I purchased the 40975 connector socket with mounting bracket. I have a 2003 Chevy 1500 Silverado and Im not sure what wiring I need from the socket to the connectors on the truck. Id prefer to get a plug and play connection instead of something I have to worry about connecting wires. Thank you for your assistance.

The 7-way part # HM40975 that you referenced should plug right into the trailer wiring socket you have at the rear of your 2003 Chevy Silverado. There should be a round plug tucked under the rear bumper of your truck that would plug right into this.
