The installation of the Curt Front Hitch, # C31008, is an easy bolt-on installation and requires no drilling. The hitch will just bolt to the frame rails on the truck. On some vehicles it may require some minor trimming to the fascia.
I am sending you a video link to the installation of a Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver by Draw-Tite, # 65049, which is the same install as the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver, # C31008, that you are asking about.
It shows the minor fascia trim being done, but the black piece of fascia that is trimmed is not apparently on every vehicle. It just depends on what trim package your vehicle came with from the factory.
I am also sending you a link to the installation instructions on the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver, # C31008.
