Yes, the Derale oil cooler # D15502 will fit your 2005 Toyota Tacoma with the 4.0 liter motor. The filter mount on the motor uses the 3/4"-16 threads and the O-ring diameter is 2-3/4 inch so this kit comes with compatible parts. I have linked a video review of this cooler for you.
