I do not have an 80-inch crossbar that will work with your Ford Van but I do have a solution that will work for you.
I recommend the Inno Roof Rack for your 2010 Ford. You would need the Feet, part # INSD and also the Inno Crossbars, part # IN436L. These square crossbars are 79 inches long and measure 7/8 x 1-1/4 inches. These crossbars have a 220-lb weight capacity.
For carrying the canoes I recommend using the Malone Canoe Carrier with Tie-Downs - Foam Block Style - 6" Long # MPG156. These foam blocks will fit the gunwales of your canoe and the square crossbars.
For bow and stern tie-downs I recommend part # Y04031 And to strap the canoes to the crossbar I recommend a tie-down strap like part # 753-2030-02.
You will want to make sure you do not exceed the roof weight-carrying capacity of your Ford van.
To reach the top of your van you may want to consider using a tire step like part # HE4040. This step will adjust to fit any size tire, folds flat for easy storage and has a weight capacity of 400-lbs.
