Question:
Will this vent fit my 2003 Titan horse trailer? I only need the top part that is broke from a tree hitting it. Can I buy just the top part and is this a universal part?

The Ventline Non-Powered Trailer Roof Vent - White, item # V2092SP-28, will fit in a 14-1/4 inch square rough opening that is 1-7/8 inch to 2-3/4 inch thick. This part is universal for this size opening, although the configuration of the hinges can differ. I would recommend looking carefully at the photographs on the product description page and comparing the hinge with your existing vent cover. If you can determine the manufacturer of the existing vent, that would be helpful as well.
We do carry the Replacement Frame w/Removable Screen for Standard Non-Powered Ventadomes, item # BVC0573-31. We also carry the Replacement Ventadome Vinyl Seal, 51 inch, item # BVD0455-01.
With these parts you should be able to replace your broken parts or replace the whole vent in the ceiling of your horse trailer.
