What are the dimensions? How tall are they over stock bump stops?

The SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs Kit # SSR-601-40 for your 2013 Nissan NV200 with 2WD includes two micro-cellular polyurethane jounce springs that measure 5-inches tall as shown in the linked image. These are larger than the 3-1/2-inch factory bump stops they replace.
The SumoSprings provide progressive resistance to support your suspension and they install without drilling. These springs do not increase the vehicle's load capacity.
