Need to know how long it is and can I get a replacement carriage bolt to fit as well? I have a 2011 jeep wrangler with oversized tires.....

The Thule Replacement Long Mounting Bracket for Thule Spare Me Bike Carrier # 752-1425-002 measures 5-1/2 inches long from the plate to the end of the tube. I have attached a photo showing this measurement for you.
If you need additional clearance for the tire, the Replacement Long Standoff Extension Adapter is part # 852-3305-001.
