The Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator, Drum, Black, 8 Inch Adjustable Channel # DM8759122-30 that you referenced is designed for trailers weighing up to 8,000 pounds with 800 pound tongue weights. This brake actuator will work well for your 4,600 pound trailer.
The # DM8759122-30 has a 3 inch wide channel on the front, and the Demco Lunette Ring # DM09557-97 is designed to mount in a 3 inch wide channel, so it will work well for you on the Demco # DM8759122-30 actuator. This # DM09557-97 lunette ring has an inner diameter of 3 inches and an outer diameter of 6 inches.
The Demco manual Reverse Lockout Kit # DM5939 is designed to work with the # DM8759122-30 actuator and will work well for you.
