Will the Curt 16055 adapter fit the Reese 16K 5th wheel rails that are mounted on a 2004 1500 Silverado truck? Thank You

Yes, the Curt Gooseneck plate item # 16055 will fit into the Reese rails. All Reese, Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch and Valley brand fifth wheels use essentially the same rails and spacing so that gooseneck plates and fifth wheels are pretty much interchangeable.

Remember, the tow capacity will be limited the tow capacity of your install kit and rails.
