I am not familiar with the OEM neck you mentioned. If you mean the trailer hitch shank, we do not have camera designed to fit a trailer hitch shank on a vehicle, but I will make some recommendations for you.
If you want a backup camera that can be used on both vehicles I recommend the Swift hitch Digital Wireless Camera And Monitor, part # SH02Digital. Since there is no permanent wiring or installation, this camera can be moved from trailer to trailer, or vehicle to vehicle. This system is digital so you will not experience any interference from the use of other digital devices like phones that use Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
If you want a more permanent installation for each vehicle I recommend the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera, part # HM50002. This has a license plate holder to attach to the back of your vehicle and if your vehicles have a 7-way connector will install in line. If your vehicles do not have the 7-way connector you can cut the connectors off the wiring harness and use the a circuit tester like part # 3808 to locate the wires you need. You will then attach the red wire to your reverse light wire at the back of your tail light. This will be the wire that only shows power when the vehicle is put in reverse. The black wire is attached to the ground wire at the back of the tail light.
