You will need to measure the clearance between the nerf bar of your 2016 Ram 2500 and the edge of the front wheel well. If that distance is greater than 2 inches the # WT110026 that you reference will fit your truck that has factory fender flares.
For a rear pair you would need the part # WT120026 as well.
