Does this also come with the part that get sown on the cover itself? That seems bad too. Thanks

TruXedo part # TX1117876 is a pair of 80-inch-long x 1-inch hook strips that replace the truck-mounted portion of their tonneau covers like their TruXport # TX297601. The mating loop portion is sewn onto the cover itself. The part number for the replacement cover is # TX2976-CVR.
