The hitch pin hole size on the Curt pintle hook/ball combo # C48007 is a 5/8 inch which is standard for accessories that fit in 2 inch trailer hitches.
If you already have a 5/8 inch pin then you're good to go. If you need a regular 5/8 pin you can use # PC3. Or if you are interested in a locking hitch pin I recommend # e98880 because it performs well and has hundred of positive reviews.
The ball hole accepts a ball with a 1-1/4 inch shank.
