As long as the crossbars are in good condition, you can reuse the Round 48 Inch Crossbars for Yakima Roof Rack Systems # Y00408 on the 2005 Honda CR-V with naked roof. Yakima recommend the 58 Inch Round CrossBars for the 2005 Toyota Highlander, so I cannot guarantee that the 48 inch bars will fit correctly. Since you want to continue using the round crossbars, your FatCat EVO # Y03096 and Kayak Stacker # Y04036 will still fit to your roof rack for these 2 vehicles.

To add the Yakima Round Bars to the 2005 CR-V with naked roof, you will want the SkyLine Towers # Y53TR, RoundBar SL Adapter # Y03536, and the LandingPad 8 # Y00228. This system will attached to OEM fixed mounting points on the vehicle's roof.

Yakima does not offer a roof rack fit for the 2005 Honda CR-V with factory roof rack. If your Big PowderHound and Kayak Stacker use the round bar mounts, these will not fit to the factory crossbars on the CR-V. The Big PowderHound can use the Yakima Universal MightyMounts # Y03590 to mount to the factory crossbars. The Kayak Stacker does not have an adapter to allow it to mount to the factory crossbars.
