There are no stake pocket holes in the front of the bed of a 2015 F 150 how do you attach the rails?

It sounds like you have bed rail covers over the stake pocket holes of your 2015 Ford F-150 5-1/2 foot bed. If you remove them you will have access to the holes so you can install the TracRac Sliding ladder rack part # TH43002XT-508 which has been confirmed as a fit for your truck.
