I have a Yakima load warrior - looking for an adjustable cross bar for the basket. Seems to be one for the mega warrior.

Yakima does offer a replacement load bar for their Load Warrior # Y07070 and it also fits their basket with extension part # Y07070-74. The cross bar part you need is # 8870042 and this comes with the Allen key for installation.
