The reason there are no plug-and-play trailer wiring harnesses for your 2006 Lexus RX 400h is that this vehicle's wiring does not have the current capacity to handle both the power required for the car's own lights plus that demanded by the trailer's lights. The vehicle wiring could be overloaded which would result in costly repairs.
Powered harnesses like the Curt # C59236 (and the others for your car that are shown on the linked page) all operate by drawing the actual power for your trailer lights from the Lexus' battery; the signal wires on the car only operate as switches to trigger it. In actual use this type of configuration means your Lexus' internal wiring is protected from shorts and overloads from the trailer. It is a lot less costly and easier to replace a fried wiring harness than the wiring in your car.
If you prefer a harness that does not require cutting and splicing into the car's wiring we offer the ZCI Zero Contact Interface Universal Wiring Harness # 119250KIT.
I linked for you an article that will help you with the routing of the harness power wire up to the car's engine compartment.
