The Curt Wiring Harness, part # C55358 is designed to work with the Camry beginning with the 1997 model year. I know of no way to adapt the harness to work with your 1995 Camry. In all likelihood, the connectors that the Curt harness would attach to are not present in your vehicle, or are different enough that the connectors on the harness would not match.
For the 1995 model year, the Circuit Protected Modulite part # C59496 is recommended. This harness draws its voltage directly from the vehicle battery, rather than through the tail light circuits of the vehicle. The Modulite kit includes a tester to assist in locating the correct circuits to tap the harness into, as well as the wiring and fuse needed to attach to the battery.
I will link you to a copy of the installation instructions below for your review.
