Question:
Is this the lightest weight weld-on d-ring? Im not needing anything this strong, but I prefer the weld-on.

The Curt D-Ring Tie Down Anchor # J-705 that you referenced is the weld-on D-ring with the lowest weight capacity that we offer. We do not have a weld-on D-ring with a lower weight capacity.
For a lower capacity D-ring, the options we offer are bolt-on D-rings.
