Im thinking about purchasing a gutter mount Rhino Rack for my 2009 Chevy Express van. Are there locks available to secure the rack from theft?

You can install locks onto the Rhino Rack roof rack part numbers # RRVA165B-2, # RRRL150GMC-2, and # RRVA-FK1-2 that has been confirmed as a fit for you van, but you would need to buy that separately as part # RRVA-LEC4.
