Will Thule K-Summit K44 Tire Chains Fit 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek with 225/55-17 Size Tire

Question:

Just want confirmation that Thule K-Summit K44 Self Tightening Tire Chains will work with my 2014 Subura Crosstrek before I make the purchase. If so confirm the part number for your store. Thanks My tire size is P225/55R17.

The Thule K-Summit Premium Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains, Size K44 # TH02230K44 are confirmed to fit the 225/55-17 size tires on your 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek.

The owner's manual for your XV Crosstrek says tire chains should not be used, but that another type of traction device may be acceptable. The manual gives the example of spring chains, like the K-Summit # TH02230K44, as an alternative to tire chains.

The K-Summit # TH02230K44 also comply with the requirement in the owner's manual of being a Class S traction device. The traction device needs to be installed on the front wheels only.

I strongly recommend checking your owner's manual to ensure that you comply with all guidelines set by the manufacturer. I found the information on tire chains on page 8-11 for your 2014 XV Crosstrek.
