will 205/45 R17 fit my Volvo C30 which has 205/50 R17 tires?

There are several tire chains that will fit a 205/45R17 tire and a 205/50R17 tire but not all of them would.
The part # PW1034 that you referenced is a set of cables that would fit both tire sizes. I attached an install video for these cables as well.
