Question:

I have an Arctic Cat 500 ATV, 25x8x12 front and 25x11x12 rear, and want to put chains on it, front and rear, for use in snow in the woods. I would like to get the maximum traction that I can and want to know which chains diamond or ladder pattern would be better for this application. Thank you for your help

For both of your size tires, we only have ladder-style tire chains that are confirmed to fit the tires on your Arctic Cat. The ladder-style chains will help improve grip and stopping power when driving forward.

For the front tires, size 25/8-12, I recommend the Titan Chain ATV Snow Tire Chains # TCATV9-2. These chains are made of twist links with V-bar studs built in to provide added grip for your ATV. You will want chain adjusters # TCMA7 for this application.

We do not have a confirmed fit for your 12/11-12 tires.
