Question:

I have not been able to locate tire chains for 21 inch tires. My 2009 Mercedes GL 550 has factory optional tires sized 295/40 R 21 but have mot seen a chart with 21 inch tire chains.

We offer one compatible set of chains, the Thule K-Summit, part # TH02230K77 that is a fit for the 295/40-21 tires on your 2009 Mercedes Benz GL 550. The chain requires lug nut adapters to fasten to the wheel. 17, 19 and 21mm adapters are included.

Before purchasing or installing tire chains, be sure to consult your owners manual and follow any advice or prohibitions Mercedes Benz has regarding tire chain usage. I'd recommend doing a dry run in your driveway or garage, so that when the time comes, you can install the chains quickly and efficiently.

Titan chain doesn't offer a chain similar to the # TC1555 chain you referenced that would fit the tires on your GL550.
