Demco does offer an above the bed Auto Slide Hijacker # DM8550034, used with the Demco Rails # DM6071, and the custom fit brackets for your Ford F-150 from Demco # DM8552028.
For the Demco above the bed rails, if you have an aluminum bed, you will need a vinyl strip which is included with the brackets because the manufacturer requires it. There is not an underbed application at this time.
The only underbed kit I have listed for your vehicle is B&W's # BW77FR, and when used in combination with B&W's Companion # BWRVK3400-5W will give you a setup but it won't have auto-slide capabilities.
The Anderson Ultimate Gooseneck products will not work in combination for the Reese Airborne Sidewinder. It is not stable enough to support the sidewinder and the manufacture doesn't recommend doing this.
