Question:

On 1999 f350 super duty test the black wire and got power test the red good test the blue before I Prasad the brakes I have power know Im lost

If you have voltage on the blue wire of your brake controller before pressing the brake pedal or manual override and the red wire of the controller does not have any voltage run to it that would indicate that the controller has an internal problem or the brake output circuit of your vehicle 7-way has somehow shorted out to the 12 volt accessory circuit.

Cut the blue wire of the controller leaving enough room to reconnect it to see if the voltage stays on the circuit without brake pedal or override lever. If so then the brake controller needs to be replaced.
