Will this work with coated Dixie like plates or just the ones shown?

The Camco Pop-A-Plate Disposable Plate Dispenser # CAM57001 will work fine with standard uncoated paper plates (the type that often need to be doubled-up for sturdiness) and it also works with disposable plastic plates. A heavier quality coated (or uncoated) paper plate will also work just fine in this under-cabinet dispenser. The only real difference in using this dispenser with the three types of plates is the amount of force required to pull one out. The thin "basic" paper plates will probably be the easiest to pull out since they are more flexible but all disposable plates will work just fine.
