You could stow the front wheel of your bike inside the vehicle when using the Thule FastRide bike carrier # TH95JV. While there are tire carriers such as # TH98BV they are designed for quick release wheels from 24" to 29". If it were me I would place the tire in the trunk of the vehicle.
