I need a hitch for my 2016 chevy sonic for bike rack.

If your 2016 Chevy Sonic is a hatchback you would want the Draw-Tite the part # 24878. If you have a sedan you would instead want the Curt part # C11240. I attached install videos for both hitches for you to check out.
