To find the correct wire on your 2008 Honda Odyssey to connect to the blue wire on the 4- to 5-Way adapter # 47515 you will need to test the vehicle wiring using a circuit tester such as # PTW2993.
It looks like the reverse lights are on the rear hatch of the 2008 Odyssey. There should be a wiring harness that goes from the hatch to the vehicle interior likely up near the roof. There is probably a protective sleeve covering the wires that you will have to move or cut open to access the wires.
It is also possible that the reverse light signal is carried along a wire that is behind the easier to access taillight wiring. But either way you will find a wire in either or those places (if not both).
Testing for a reverse light wire is going to also require another person. Be sure to chock the wheels, have the emergency brake on, and have the person in the vehicle hold the brake pedal while the vehicle is running and in reverse while you test the wires.
Once you have found the correct wire you will splice into it with the included quick splice connector to make the attachment to the adapter blue wire. I have linked a couple of videos that should help.
