RE: 1/4inch or 5/16inch HEX KEY- Yakima Snowboard/Ski Rack. Hello - Im looking for a hex key for my Yakima Snowboard/Ski Rack. Does it take the 1/4inch or 5/16inch Hex Key? Both links, which are below, say its for Yakima Roof Mounted Bike Carriers. Please advise if its one of these or another. Y8810040 or Y8810041. I can provide a picture, if that helps. But I believe the rack is non-current version of the PowderHound, which does not use the keys any longer. Thanks.

I checked with Yakima and my contact there believes the ski carrier you actually have is their older model called the Lift Ticket. They do offer a complete mounting hardware kit for this rack, part # Y8830033.

The replacement hex key sets # 8810040 and # Y8810041 are for bike and boat carriers.
