Question:
Hi, For my 2000 Tractor Supply 4x6foot trailer, I need replacement trailer tail light LED bulbs, the bulbs function as running, brake, and turn signal lights. Which bulb, make and number, do you recommend?

We carry all sorts of LEDs that could potentially fit your trailer. I attached a link to a page that has all of them. You will need to know what bulb type you currently have so you can pick out the correct one.
For example the # DI85VR that you referenced is a 1156 bulb that most likely wouldn't be what you would need since you said you need dual intensity bulbs. On the LED you have there should be a number written on it that indicates the bulb style.
