Would a Hitch from a 2003 Honda Odyssey Fit a 2012 Honda Odyssey

Question:
Have a Hidden hitch #70737 that was installed on my 2003 Honda Odyssey... now looking to install on my 2012 Odyssey... I understand that the part # has changed but the replacement #75270 is identical ???? I do need the fastener kit #75270F if this is the case... Thank you,

A hitch from a 2003 Honda Odyssey would also fit a 2012 Honda Odyssey since the # 75270 that you referenced is a fit for 1999-2012 models of the Odyssey.
You will need new install hardware since hitch hardware is considered one time use. For that you would need part # RHK. On the product page you would need to enter the hitch brand and part number.
