To carry bikes on your 2010 Nissan Sentra I recommend the Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 24794. It is the most popular hitch option for your Sentra. This trailer hitch has a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening and is rated as a Class I.
Because it is a Class I trailer hitch you will need a bike carrier that is rated for use on a Class I trailer hitch and you are limited to carrying a maximum of 2 bikes.
For a compatible bike carrier that meets those requirements I recommend the Swagman Trailhead # S63360. This carrier can tilt, it has anti-sway cradles, and a rise in the shank for better ground clearance.
If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have included video links on the hitch, bike carrier, and adapter bar for you.
