I have a two step I would like a three step but my bolt hole center is 24 max total length is 25 12

We do not offer any pull-out 3-step assemblies that match your mounting hole spacing so to install a new set of pull-out steps like the Flexco Manual Pull-Out Steps # SMFP-3200L you'll just need to drill new mounting holes. I have linked you to all of our 3-step manual step assemblies. You'll want to note the retracted height of the steps you choose to ensure you maintain safe ground clearance.
