I am interested in purchasing the air lift 5000 ultimate air bags for a 2008 Ford F350 dually Lariet 4x4 crew cab 8ft bed. I have one concern on the mounting. I also have already installed a BandW fifth wheel turnover ball mount with a companion fifth wheel hitch. Is there a kit that will work with this application?

You are correct that the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57212 would not be able to be installed the mounting location would interfere with your gooseneck hitch.
To install air bags on your 2008 Ford F-350 with a gooseneck hitch installed, you will want to use the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2550. These air bags will install on the inside of your frame and will not interfere with your gooseneck hitch. I have attached an installation video of these springs on a 2008 Ford F-250 for you.
