The options for rooftop cargo baskets like the Surco # SPS5084-1101 for your 2003 Ford Excursion will depend on the nature of the roof. Some baskets like this Surco can attach to roof side rails alone and do NOT require that the vehicle have crossbars that run side-to-side.
