Is this mirror blue tinted?

Yes. Rearview mirror # KSRM1300 uses what is called an optical blue lens that reduces glare.
Please note: Flat glass is required for inside rearview mirrors. Convex glass mirrors may be used for off-road driving. In convex mirrors, objects are closer than they appear.
