Does this knob contain a metal nut or is the plastic knob itself the nut?inch The wing nuts I have include a metal nut that threads on the bolt. The nut is captured in the wing. Replacement 3-Wing, Low M6 Hand Knob for Thule Roof Mounted Kayak Carriers Thule Accessories and Parts Code: 753-0783
