Timbren springs # TGMRYS4 are a very tight fit, they have to be, so I can understand the trouble you are having. First, remove the springs and make sure to clear out in debris or corrosion where the springs install.
You can use soapy water to help the springs slide into place but it is going to take some pressure. You may need to seat them as best as you can and then possibly place some wood blocks directly below the springs and slowly lower the vehicle so that the weight of the vehicle forces the springs into the cup. Once the springs have seated you can raise the vehicle back up to remove the blocks.
It might also be possible, depending on how much room you have to work, to use a long board or other object to effectively pry the springs into place.
