Expert Reply:
We do offer a steering stabilizer for the 2002 Roadmaster Class A Motorhome with straight axle, airbags, and 1-3/4 inch tie rod. This can be seen on the included link. We do not offer rear anti-sway bars for your MH.
The Roadmaster Reflex # RM-RBK6-RSSA installs between your steering mechanism and your chassis. The Roadmaster system installs quickly without drilling and includes all hardware.
Roadmaster part # RM-1139-143 that you referenced fits Ford F-53 based chassis only.
