Would a Ladder Mounted Bike Rack be Good to Transport a Foldable Tandem Bike on an RV

I have a folding tandom bike that I want to carry on the back of my RV. I need the trailer hitch to tow my car so I belive In need a ladder mount. What do you suggest

A ladder rack could be a viable solution, so long as the bike is not so long as to not provide enough clearance for bumps or inclines. If the bike can be transported when folded I do not see a potential clearance problem.
There are other methods for transporting bikes on an RV, but since you are towing a vehicle, the ladder rack would probably be your best solution. I recommend the Surco 2 Bike Rack # SP501BR.
Make sure to secure the bike with straps or bungee cords like part # EM06924 to keep the bike from bouncing around.
