I checked with Thule and the Thule Spare Me Spare Tire Mount 2 Bike Carrier, item # TH963PRO will fit on your 2004 Honda CRV as long as your spare tire is the original size.
If you have added a larger spare wheel and tire combination on your vehicle you will need to measure from the back of the wheel where it sets against the spare tire mount to the farthest out part of the spare tire. If that measurement is 5-1/4 inches or less the the TH963PRO will work on your vehicle.
You may need a Thule Women and Alternative Frame Bike Adapter Bar for Hitch Bike Racks, item # TH982XT, to carry alternative framed bikes on this bike rack.
